My children felt like their just at home..
The entrance of the building..under renovation(understandable). The entrance at night is a beerhouse.

The description states that it is a 5 minute walk to the domestic terminal....try "not walking distance" 150 peso taxi ride!..... Also the bathroom and shower are not in the room.....shared with the other guests in the hallway.....this so called hotel is really a hostel that should be priced at half the posted rate.

I didnt expect it to be that clean (it is very clean) since it was just a budget hotel. The service was informal but the staff were very helpful. I would recommend it to anyone who are budget conscious. There are bars, restaurants, massage spa, bank and other establishments just outside the guesthouse. It is also just across the domestic airport, convenient for those who have local flights early morning. It is 3 minutes away from any airport in Manila. It is 10 minutes away from Resort's World casino, Makati City and sm mall of Asia. I saw a lot of Cebu Pacific flight attendants there as well, I guess it is where they stay after flights.
Since it is usually fully booked, you have to book in advance, I saw it first using google, but I was lucky that Booked.net has priority rooms there as well. Wifi is a bit slow also

Noisey neighbourhood, and also if arriving after 5, expect to have to pay by cash only!
